Roof Inspection
The majority of building owners don’t know what shape their roof is in, which means they’re likely way behind on needed inspections and preventive maintenance. Neglecting these services can mean costly problems in the future.
How Often Should Your Roof Be Inspected?
In order to maintain your roof warranty and to help your roof reach its life expectancy, your commercial roof should be inspected at least two times per year. These inspections should be performed just before the most severe weather seasons, we suggest before summer and before winter. The extreme temperatures in the summer and winter can cause extreme stress to your roof.
Roof Maintenance
One of the most crucial components of a commercial building is often the one building owners think about the least—until a problem comes up, that is.
Few things can compromise a building structure as quickly as roof failure—and replacing a roof is one of the largest expenses a building owner will ever face.
Many building owners neglect their roofs, letting years pass without having inspections and roof maintenance work performed. The result is often the development of unnecessary and avoidable roof problems and the need for premature roof replacement.
Importance of Roof Maintenance
When it comes to your commercial or industrial roof, today’s small issues will become tomorrow’s huge problems if they aren’t taken care of.
In the beginning stages, most roof issues are easy and relatively inexpensive to fix. Only when they are ignored or undiscovered do costly roof problems develop.
We cannot stress enough the importance of regular roof maintenance. Regular roof inspections and repairs will help your roof last many years.
Preventative Maintenance Program
A preventative Roof Maintenance Program can extend the life of your roof. It is a professional upkeep program that can help prevent and eliminate premature roof damage, therefore extending the life of your roof.
